Technical Architecture Review + MVP Estimate – Multi-Role Health App

ABOUT MEDIDOCTA
Medidocta is a healthcare appointment and coordination platform, starting in Cameroon with future expansion across Africa. The Figma designs, business rules and workflows are already well advanced.

THIS ASSIGNMENT
A pre-development technical review — NOT MVP coding. The goal is to turn the existing Figma and documentation into a coherent, implementation-ready package that any qualified development team can pick up without restarting discovery.

KEY ARCHITECTURE PRINCIPLE
- ONE platform, not separate apps. Patient, Doctor and Healthcare Facility are roles within the same platform: Authentication → Role → Permissions → Interface.
- Accessible from smartphone, tablet and browser, with the same account and canonical data everywhere.
- ONE shared appointment record, accessed by each party according to permissions.
- A Doctor can work with multiple facilities; affiliation, contract and availability are facility-specific.

10. FR/EN localization architecture
11. Security & operations review
12. Decision register — do not invent business rules; flag "PRODUCT DECISION REQUIRED"
+ Full MVP development estimate broken down by milestone (hours, duration, team, CAD cost, acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks), with total hours, timeline and cost.

All deliverables must be handed over to Medidocta in editable formats.

BUDGET
Fixed maximum: CAD 500. MVP development is a separate contract and is not guaranteed to the reviewer. Please do not bid higher expecting the budget to increase.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
Proven experience with multi-role platforms, booking/scheduling systems, relational data modelling, RBAC, responsive applications and backend architecture — and the ability to identify gaps before development starts.
