I’m ready to commission a complete website that instantly tells visitors we are an innovation-driven engineering consultancy. The look and feel must be crisp, forward-thinking and tech-savvy, with clean typography, subtle motion or micro-interactions, and a colour palette that conveys precision and trust.
Scope of the site
• Four core service pages, each supported by its own sub-page for deeper detail (I’ll supply the copy; you handle layout, imagery and UX flow).
• A fully interactive contact form that guides users through Drop-down menus and Radio buttons before revealing the final Text input field for their email. In addition to submitting through the form, visitors should see clear options to reach us via direct email or WhatsApp.
• A secure client portal where every client logs in with unique credentials to view or download their Technical reports and Project documents. I need an intuitive dashboard, basic file-management (upload, replace, delete) and automated password-reset.
• A document purchase page for users to buy specific documents.
• An integrated shop for additional purchases.
Key expectations
– Responsive build that looks sharp from mobile to 4K desktop.
– Straightforward CMS access so my team can add new service pages or upload files without touching code.
– Solid security best practices (SSL, encrypted passwords, role-based access for the portal, daily backups).
– Launch support: deployment to our hosting, plus a quick walk-through so we’re comfortable managing content.
Additional requirements: The developer must populate the site with AI-generated text and images subject to my approval and edits. Full domain ownership and complete admin control over the website are mandatory.
Preferred stack is flexible—WordPress with a custom theme, a headless setup with React/Vue front-end, or another robust solution you can justify—but performance and maintainability are non-negotiable.
If this sounds up your alley, let me know how you’d structure the build and the timeline you’d need.
