Tech Pack Creation for Men's Activewear Training Tee (Under Armour Style)

Job Description:
Hi everyone,
I am looking for an experienced apparel designer / product developer specialized in activewear and sportswear to create a production-ready Tech Pack for a men's training t-shirt.
The design, fabric, and fit should be heavily inspired by the functionality and construction of the Under Armour UA Tech 2.0 Shirt.
What the Tech Pack needs to include:
* Cover Page with style details
* Technical Vektor Flats (Front & Back) with clear construction callouts
* Bill of Materials (BOM)
* Stitching & Sewing Specifications (e.g., Flatlock seams)
* Complete Measurement Spec Sheet (Size run: S, M, L, XL / Base Size: M)
* Artwork Placement Page for the logo prints
Garment Specifications:
* Fit: Athletic Loose Fit (streamlined at the chest/shoulders, loose-falling down the body).
* Sleeves: Raglan Sleeve construction (diagonal seams from underarm to neckline, no seams on top of shoulders).
* Collar: Slim Crew Neck made from self-fabric (1.5 cm finished width) with internal neck tape.
* Hem: Shaped/Curved Hem. The back length must be 4 cm longer than the front (Drop-Tail design).
* Fabric: 100% Polyester functional single-jersey with a soft, brushed cotton-touch feel and a matte finish (approx. 140 gsm). Moisture-wicking and quick-drying.
* Stitching: 4-needle-6-thread flatlock seams for main panels to prevent chafing. Double coverlock stitch for hems (2.0 cm width).

CRITICAL – Artwork & Logo Placement (See attached images):
I have attached a mockup image showing the positions of my logos and a separate reference image for the typography. Please transfer these placements proportionally into the Tech Pack using industry-standard proportions for activewear.
* Front: Large graphics icon centered on the chest. Directly underneath, the text "TAS BB 2" centered. (PLEASE NOTE: The font in the shirt mockup is just a placeholder. Please use the exact font style shown in the attached typography reference image for the "TAS BB 2" text).
* Back: A vertical design line running along the spine (split/broken in the middle). The large graphics icon sits centered right on this line. A tiny, square icon is placed centered on the back neck (just below the collar).

Please provide your portfolio with sportswear/activewear examples, your estimated turnaround time, and your fixed price for this project.
