Industrial 220V Power Supply & Machine ON/OFF Control PCB Design

I am looking for an experienced Power Electronics / PCB Design Engineer to design a compact industrial power supply and control circuit that will work with our existing IoT device.

Main Requirements

- Input: 220–240V AC industrial supply
- Provide stable DC power to our existing IoT device
- IoT device will provide the control signal for Machine ON/OFF
- Circuit must safely switch/control the industrial machine using an appropriate relay/contactor/SSR or other suitable solution
- The machine load current will pass through or be controlled by the designed switching section
- Proper isolation between high-voltage AC and low-voltage IoT electronics
- Include necessary protection: fuse, surge protection, over-current/short-circuit protection, etc.
- Design should be reliable, safe, compact, and suitable for industrial continuous operation

Deliverables

- Complete schematic
- PCB layout
- BOM with available components
- Gerber/manufacturing files
- Design calculations and component ratings
- Connection/pin diagram for integration with our existing IoT PCB
