• You’ll log in to the job boards I provide, review the newest matches against my requisitions, and send personalised first-touch messages that reflect each role’s key selling points.
• You’ll manage ongoing threaded conversations—answering basic questions, assessing interest, and securing updated CVs—so that only genuinely engaged candidates are passed to me for technical evaluation.
• Notes, status tags, and next steps should be entered directly into my tracking sheet (Google Sheets) so I have real-time visibility.

While the core need is communication, if you later want to take on writing the actual postings or digging deeper to spot hidden-gem profiles, I’m open to it.
