Agency / Team Needed for Social Media Response Campaign
We are looking for an agency or organized team, not one individual freelancer, to help us manage an active social media response campaign.
At this stage, the work is mainly focused on Facebook, where we are responding to content being published by one person and one page.
TikTok and Instagram may also be included when needed.
The most important requirement is that you have a real team and enough workforce to monitor, respond, report, publish, and manage activity continuously.
Main Tasks
The team should be able to:
- Monitor the person, page, posts, comments, and related activity.
- Reply to posts and comments when needed.
- Prepare and publish response content.
- Correct false or misleading information.
- Report relevant posts, comments, accounts, or content when appropriate.
- Follow new posts and react quickly.
- Manage a large number of comments and discussions.
- Help us decide what should be answered and what should be ignored.
- Prepare Arabic responses, posts, graphics, or short videos when required.
- Expand the work later to Instagram and TikTok if needed.
- Provide regular updates on what happened, what was done, and what should be done next.
What We Are Looking For
We prefer a team with:
- Several people available for the project.
- Strong Facebook experience.
- Arabic-speaking staff.
- Experience in the Arab world or MENA region.
- Fast response capability.
- Experience with reputation management, crisis response, social media moderation, PR, or similar campaigns.
- Ability to work for several hours during active periods, not just make a few posts per week.
Arabic language capability is a major advantage and may become essential for the project.
