I’d like a well-researched, easy-to-follow guide that shows how to use Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal teas to ease everyday stress. My focus is strictly on herbal remedies—no capsules, tinctures, or topical products—so every recommendation should be drinkable and rooted in classic TCM formulations.
What I need from you
• 8–10 stress-reducing tea recipes drawn from authentic TCM sources
• A short profile for each herb: Chinese and Latin names, flavour notes, traditional energetics (yin/yang, meridian targets), and modern research on stress relief
• Clear brewing instructions and dosage ranges suitable for home use
• Safety notes: possible contraindications, interactions, and when to consult a professional
• A one-page “quick reference” chart summarising the teas for daily use
Acceptance criteria
The guide must be original text (I will run a plagiarism check), reference at least three reputable TCM textbooks or peer-reviewed journals, and arrive as a cleanly formatted PDF plus the editable source file (Word or Google Doc).
If you’ve studied Chinese materia medica or have hands-on clinic experience, let me know—your insight will help ensure these teas are both effective and safe.
If the $20 bid fee is a problem, you can apply using the PDF/docs attached to the project.
