I operate a private, chauffeur-driven service and want a sleek website that lets customers reserve our luxury rides in just a few clicks. The core of the build is an end-to-end booking flow—select time and pickup, choose car tier (all in the premium segment), confirm, pay, and then follow the car on a live map until arrival.
Key functions I must see working smoothly:
• Real-time ride tracking embedded on the booking confirmation page and in the customer dashboard.
• Multiple payment options at checkout—credit/debit card, wallets, and ideally Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Driver ratings and reviews visible after each completed trip to maintain service quality.
The site needs to be mobile-first, load quickly, and include an admin area where I can: adjust pricing, add or deactivate drivers, view live/previous trips, and export basic reports. WordPress with a robust booking plugin, Laravel, or a light React/Node stack are all fine as long as the result is secure and easy for me to maintain.
Deliverables:
1. Responsive website design (home, booking, driver-rating, and admin pages).
2. Fully integrated booking engine with the three features above operational in production.
3. One-hour hand-over call plus concise documentation that covers routine updates and payment gateway management.
Launch should happen on my existing domain; please plan to deploy to my cPanel host or suggest an equivalent alternative if it improves performance.
