Tax Client Intake Backend Development

I need a robust backend that powers an end-to-end intake workflow for my tax preparation firm.

Core Requirements:

Secure client authentication with three login methods: Google OAuth, Apple Sign-In, Email/Password signup
Client data collection via secure API endpoints (Jotform webhook integration)
Document upload, management, and storage (PDFs, images, Excel files) with automatic organization to Google Drive
Automated email reminders at key milestones (7-day nudge, pre-filing summary, renewal outreach)
Bi-directional sync with HubSpot CRM (contacts, lifecycle stages, custom properties)
Integration with CCH Axcess Tax via Tax Transfer API for 1099 data import
Claude API integration for 1099 document extraction (payment amounts, payer details, tax withholdings)
Stripe webhook integration for deposit and balance invoice processing
PandaDoc integration for e-signature workflows (Form 8879, FBAR)
Role-based access controls (RBAC) to protect personally identifiable information — clients see only their data, staff see client list, admins manage everything

Authentication & Authorization:

Google OAuth + Apple Sign-In + Email/Password signup backend
JWT or OAuth2 for session management
Role-based access control (client, staff, admin)
Secure password hashing (bcrypt or equivalent)

Deliverables (must pass UAT):

REST API with complete endpoint documentation (Postman collection or similar)
Secure auth & role management module
Document storage strategy (Google Drive integration recommended for HIPAA-adjacent compliance)
Deployment guide + environment template
End-to-end walkthrough (video or doc) showing happy path + failure scenarios

You understand webhook retries, idempotency, error logging, and rate limiting
You can read API docs (CCH Axcess Tax, PandaDoc, Stripe, HubSpot) and implement without hand-holding
