# Full Website Development — Design, Development & Launch

We are looking for an experienced **full-stack web developer/web development team** to build a complete, professional website from the ground up.

This is a **new website project**, so there is currently no existing web application that needs to be maintained. The selected freelancer will be responsible for the complete development process, including the website structure, user interface, backend, database, integrations, security, testing, and deployment.

### Project Responsibilities

* Design and develop a modern, professional, responsive website
* Build both the **front end and back end**
* Create a secure user registration and login system
* Develop user dashboards and account management features
* Build an administrative dashboard for managing users and website activity
* Set up and manage the required database
* Develop APIs and backend services where needed
* Integrate third-party services and APIs
* Implement secure authentication and authorization
* Ensure the website works properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
* Implement appropriate security measures and data protection
* Configure email notifications and system communications
* Optimize website performance and loading speed
* Test the website thoroughly before launch
* Fix bugs and technical issues discovered during testing
* Deploy the completed website to our hosting/server environment
* Provide documentation and instructions for managing the website after launch

### Developer Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong experience in:

* Full-stack web development
* Modern frontend frameworks
* Backend development
* PHP, Node.js, Python, or comparable backend technologies
* MySQL/PostgreSQL or comparable databases
* REST APIs and third-party API integrations
* Authentication/OAuth

### Important

The developer must be able to take this project from **concept to fully functioning production website**. We are not looking for someone who only designs the website or only develops the frontend.

The selected freelancer should be comfortable handling the complete technical development process and communicating clearly throughout the project.
