Tally Prime & Excel Automation

I need a reliable way to move figures that currently sit in Excel straight into Tally Prime without re-typing them each time. The core of the job is still manual data entry—every value must be checked and confirmed by eye—but I want supporting automation that speeds up repetitive work: smart Excel sheets with built-in validation, simple macros or Power Query routines, and any Tally Prime shortcuts you know that keep posting accurate.

Typical activity will be:
• Receive my prepared Excel file, review the columns, flag any issues.
• Post the verified numbers into the correct ledgers or vouchers inside Tally Prime.
• Hand back an updated Excel sheet (or log) that shows what has been entered along with any corrections you had to make.

If you already have methods to cut keystrokes—pivot-table templates, shortcut keys, ODBC links, or batch configuration in Tally—feel free to suggest and implement them as long as the final entries remain fully traceable.

Deliverables:
1. Clean, validated Excel workbook ready for my records.
2. Matching entries correctly reflected in my Tally Prime company data.
3. A brief walkthrough (screenshots or short Loom video) so I can repeat the process when you are not available.
