Freelancer Requirement – Tally Prime Automation & AI Integration
We are looking for an experienced Tally Prime / Tally automation freelancer or consultant to help us make better use of the latest automation and AI-enabled features available in Tally.
Our requirement
We already use Tally and are looking for someone who can train our existing accounts and office staff online and help us implement practical automation in our day-to-day accounting operations.
The main areas we want to automate and train our staff on include:
Bank reconciliation – automated bank statement updates and reconciliation in Tally.
Purchase automation – importing/updating purchase transactions and bills with minimum manual entry.
Sales invoices and bills – faster creation, updating and processing of invoices and bills.
WhatsApp integration – receiving or sharing relevant transaction information, invoices, bills and confirmations through WhatsApp where possible.
Direct data updates – reducing duplicate data entry between different systems and Tally.
AI-assisted accounting – understanding and implementing the latest practical AI/automation tools that can work with Tally.
Staff training – hands-on online training for our existing staff so they can independently use the new processes.
Process improvement – identifying repetitive accounting tasks that can be automated and recommending suitable solutions.
What we are looking for
The ideal freelancer should have:
Strong practical experience with Tally Prime and its latest automation features.
Experience in Tally integrations, APIs, automation or AI-based workflows.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation, purchase/sales workflows and accounting operations.
Experience with WhatsApp and other business-system integrations would be an advantage.
Ability to conduct online, practical training for non-technical staff.
Ability to explain solutions clearly and implement them step-by-step.
Scope of work
Initially, we would like the freelancer to:
Understand our existing Tally workflow.
Identify areas where automation can reduce manual work.
Recommend the most suitable tools/integrations.
Set up or demonstrate the required automation.
Train our staff online.
Prepare simple operating instructions/SOPs for the staff.
Provide support during the initial implementation.
This is intended to be a practical implementation and training project, rather than a theoretical consultation.
Please share your Tally experience, previous automation/integration projects, tools you recommend, and your charges for online training and implementation support.
We would prefer someone who has actually implemented Tally automation for a business and can demonstrate practical examples.
