Talent Recruiter Needed

I’m about to kick-off a new project and need an HR recruiter who can build a steady pipeline of professionals from Eastern Europe. The roles you’ll be helping me fill are intended for long-term employment, so cultural fit and retention potential matter just as much as technical skills.

What I’ll rely on you to do: source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and your own network; screen résumés and conduct first-round interviews; coordinate with me on interview scheduling; and keep concise weekly reports so I can track progress. If you already work with an ATS, even better—just let me know which one and we’ll sync it to the workflow.

Success for this engagement means having a shortlist of pre-vetted, high-quality candidates ready for each vacancy within agreed timelines and keeping communication transparent throughout the search.
