Manual Data Entry to Forms

I have a collection of digital files—mostly PDFs and Word documents—that need to be transcribed by hand into a web-based form. Every record in the source files contains several structured fields (names, dates, reference numbers, short text notes) that must be copied exactly as written, with careful attention to spelling, punctuation and any capitalization already present.

Your work will be entirely manual; no automated scraping or copy-paste macros are acceptable because the form occasionally runs validation checks that require human judgment. I will supply access to the online form, a set of simple style rules, and a shared folder containing the source files. All data remains confidential, so please be ready to follow basic non-disclosure guidelines.

Deliverables:
• All form submissions completed and saved successfully.
• A brief completion log listing file names and the date/time each entry was submitted.

Acceptance criteria: every field must match the source document exactly, and the form should register zero validation errors when I review it. I will spot-check entries for accuracy before releasing final approval.
