Talent Marketplace App Creation: India

I am building a two-sided marketplace mobile app— similar to Urban Company, freelancer but for creative professionals.
Platform: iOS + Android (Flutter preferred for cross-platform)
Backend: Node.js + MongoDB
Payment: Razorpay integration (escrow — 50% advance, 50% post event)
Admin Panel: Must be simple web-based dashboard I can operate without coding knowledge
APP HAS TWO USER ROLES:
1. Professional/Talent Side
OTP-based mobile login
Profile creation with photo, bio, category, city, pricing, experience
Portfolio upload — images, videos, audio
Availability calendar — mark available and blocked dates
Receive booking requests — approve or decline
Bid on customer job postings
Earnings dashboard — advance received, full payment, pending payout
In-app chat (unlocks after booking approval)
Push notifications
2. Customer Side
OTP-based mobile login
Home screen with city selector and category filter
Search and browse verified professionals
Professional profile page showing: name, rating, jobs done, price, Book Now button, Chat button, Check Availability calendar, portfolio (images/video/audio), reviews
Post a requirement — category, date, city, budget, description
Receive bids from professionals and accept/decline
Booking flow — send request → professional approves → customer pays 50% advance via Razorpay → event happens → customer pays remaining 50%
My bookings dashboard — pending approval, confirmed, completed, pending payment, advance paid, fully paid sections
Leave reviews after job completion
Push notifications
BOOKING FLOW (Critical Logic):
Customer books professional
Professional gets notification — approves or declines within 24 hours
On approval — customer pays 50% advance via Razorpay (held in escrow)
Both get booking confirmation
After event — customer confirms completion
Remaining 50% payment released
Both leave reviews
ADMIN PANEL (Very Important — Must be beginner friendly):
Web-based dashboard (works on laptop browser)
View and manage all users (professionals + customers)
Approve or reject professional profiles
View all bookings and their status
View all payments and transactions
Manually resolve disputes between customer and professional
Ban or suspend any user
Add or remove talent categories
View total GMV, revenue earned, platform fees collected
Send push notifications to all users or specific users
Simple UI — no coding knowledge required to operate
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
I have a complete UI reference and prototype ready (will share with selected developer)
Style: Premium white background, Navy Blue (#0D1B2A) primary color, Amber (#F5A623) accent
Inspired by Urban Company and Yes Madam apps
Font: Poppins for headings, Inter for body
All screens must feel premium and professional
