Survey Trend Analysis Specialist Needed

I have a raw survey dataset that is ready for deeper exploration. My primary interest is to uncover and clearly present the trends hiding in the responses so that I can turn those insights into actionable decisions.

You will receive the full spreadsheet (exported from Google Forms) along with a brief about the respondent profile. Your job is to clean the data, run the appropriate statistical tests, and translate the numbers into a concise narrative supported by easy-to-read charts. Python (pandas, seaborn, matplotlib), R, or SPSS are all fine—as long as the method is transparent and reproducible.

Deliverables I expect:
• A short, well-structured report that highlights the key trends you discover, written in plain language.
• At least three clear visualizations (bar, line, or heat map—pick what shows the story best).
• The cleaned dataset plus any scripts or notebooks so I can rerun the analysis later.
