Survey PDF Tables → Excel

I have a batch of survey-result tables saved in separate PDFs—well over ten in total—that I need transferred into a clean, fully editable Excel workbook. Only the tabular data matters; any images or charts that may exist in those files can be ignored.

The finished .xlsx file should mirror each PDF table’s structure (row order, column headings, numeric formatting, text labels) so I can run quick pivot-table analyses without touching up your work afterward. Accuracy is critical: every percentage, score, and comment must match the source exactly, and text fields must remain searchable—not flattened images.

You’re free to use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, Python/Pandas, or your preferred OCR pipeline as long as the outcome opens natively in Excel 2019+ with no conversion warnings. Before delivery, please spot-check totals or use formula cross-checks to confirm nothing slipped.

Deliverable:
• One consolidated Excel workbook with each original table on its own named sheet.
