Recruit Entry-Level Data Entry

I need a hands-on recruiter who can take the entire hiring cycle for an entry-level data entry specialist off my plate. The role you’ll fill must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so every step of your search should keep those skills front and center.

Your day-to-day work will include drafting an engaging job ad and publishing it on LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, actively sourcing candidates on those same platforms, running the first-round interviews, and guiding the strongest applicants through to my final decision. Strong, clear communication with both me and the candidates is essential; I want every applicant to feel valued and every update to reach me quickly.

Deliverables
• Job posting live on LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor
• A shortlist of qualified, entry-level candidates with notes on Excel/Sheets proficiency
• Recorded or written summaries of your initial interviews
• Coordinated scheduling for my final interview and reference checks, ending with a signed acceptance
