King’s Equity Partners LLC seeks a dependable, experienced virtual assistant for approximately 20 hours per week during agreed U.S. calling hours. We are seeking a long-term working relationship, beginning with screening and a separately agreed paid trial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls regarding possible surplus proceeds from tax sales and foreclosures.
• Locate and verify property owners, claimants, relatives and heirs.
• Explain the public-record reason for contact, qualify interest and professionally handle basic objections.
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM notes and dispositions.
• Schedule appointments and warm-transfer or hand qualified prospects to management.
• Assist with contract follow-up.
• Follow KEP scripts and procedures, protect claimant information, and immediately honor and document do-not-call requests.
• Do not provide legal advice or promise that funds are guaranteed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Clear spoken English is required. Spanish is strongly preferred and will be tested.
We strongly prefer direct experience with surplus funds, tax overages, foreclosure surplus, excess proceeds, state funds or similar claims. Candidates should also have U.S. cold-calling experience, homeowner or claimant outreach experience, strong objection handling, CRM skills and dependable follow-up habits.
A reliable computer, headset, stable internet connection and quiet workspace are required. You should be able to work independently with limited training.
PROPOSED COMPENSATION
$250 USD monthly base retainer, plus 4% of the consulting fee King’s Equity Partners actually collects on a qualifying case attributed to your work.
The commission is not 4% of the claimant’s entire surplus.
Example:
$50,000 surplus × 25% KEP consulting fee = $12,500 collected by KEP.
$12,500 × 4% = $500 VA commission.
Commission becomes payable only after KEP receives its consulting fee. Commission earnings are not guaranteed. Base payments and earned commissions will be handled through Freelancer milestones.
Final work scope, hours, worker classification, compensation, case-attribution rules and payment timing must be agreed before work begins and comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
HOW TO APPLY
Please answer:
1. What surplus-funds or overage work have you personally performed?
2. What U.S. cold-calling or homeowner-outreach experience do you have?
3. Can you conduct conversations in English and Spanish? State your level in each.
4. Which CRM systems and calling tools have you used?
5. Where will you perform the work, and which U.S. calling hours are you available?
6. Describe your computer, headset, internet connection and workspace.
7. Will you personally perform the calls and CRM work? Disclose any proposed team member or substitute.
8. Are the proposed compensation terms acceptable for discussion, and when could you start?
Do not share confidential information about previous clients or claimants.
SELECTION PROCESS
Prequalification → English/Spanish voice assessment → structured interview and 100-point assessment → surplus-knowledge test → live role play → equipment/CRM verification → paid trial → 30-day probationary period → long-term selection.
Voice assessments involve approximately 60–90 seconds of natural speech in each language. If you do not speak Spanish, state that clearly.
The person who auditions and interviews must perform KEP’s claimant calls unless KEP expressly approves otherwise. Paid-trial scope and compensation will be agreed before the trial begins. Final hiring decisions remain with KEP management.
