Dubai Lead Research: 100 Respond.io-Ready CSV Prospects
Description:
I need a detail-oriented lead researcher to find 100 qualified Dubai-based prospects who are already creating personal-brand video content.
This is research only. No outreach, messaging, calling, or CRM work is required.
Target profiles
Find prospects across these categories:
Real estate agents and brokers
Real estate company founders and CEOs
Interior designers and design studio founders
Fashion and clothing brand founders
Entrepreneurs, founders, and CEOs actively building a personal brand
Qualification criteria
Each prospect must meet all of the following:
Based in Dubai or clearly operating primarily in Dubai/UAE
Active on at least one of: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube
Already posting video content and/or appearing on camera
Has an active business or a clear professional role
Could benefit from more consistent, higher-quality, and strategically planned video content
Do not include:
Inactive accounts
People who only post photos
Generic company pages without a visible founder or representative
Influencers without a clear business
Duplicate people or companies
Anyone whose Dubai/UAE connection cannot be reasonably verified
Research sources
Use Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube only.
Do not use Google Maps, Facebook, X, business directories, or websites as primary research sources.
Deliverable
Provide one CSV file with exactly 100 unique qualified prospects, formatted for direct bulk upload into Respond.io.
The file must:

Formatting rules
First Name is required for every row.
Last Name is the family name;
Industry must be one of: Real Estate, Interior Design, Fashion, Entrepreneur / Founder.
Phone Number must use international format, for example: +971503103106. Do not use spaces, dashes, brackets, or scientific notation.
Email Address must be a valid email address or left blank.
All social links must be complete direct profile URLs, for example: https://www.instagram.com/username/.
Leave unavailable fields completely blank. Do not write N/A, Not found, Unknown, or placeholders.
Do not include emojis or special characters in any field.
Every row must be a unique person. Do not add duplicate contacts.
Do not invent names, companies, job titles, phone numbers, emails, or profile URLs.
If you cannot confidently verify that a profile belongs to the named person, exclude that prospect.
Content Notes rules
For every prospect, write 1–2 specific sentences explaining:
What type of video or on-camera content they currently post
How recent or consistent their posting activity appears to be
Why they could benefit from professional personal-brand video production
Generic notes such as “active on Instagram,” “good fit for video content,” or “strong personal brand” will be rejected.
Use specific observations instead, for example:
“Posts weekly on-camera real estate walkthrough reels on Instagram, but the videos have basic production quality.”
“Shares founder-led fashion content on Instagram, but has no consistent TikTok presence.”
“Posts LinkedIn video updates about interior design projects and could benefit from a more polished short-form content system.”
