I need a web-based ERP module dedicated to subcontractor work order management. The core of the build is a clean interface where I can create a work order, assign it to a subcontractor in just a few clicks, and later pull meaningful reports without having to wade through unnecessary screens.

Key functions I must see working end-to-end:
• Work order creation and assignment, including status, deadline, and cost fields.
• Reporting and analytics that let me filter by date range, subcontractor, and project, then export to PDF or Excel.

The system will run entirely in the browser, so please use a responsive front-end framework and any modern back-end stack you’re comfortable supporting. I’m not asking for broader ERP features such as full inventory, CRM, or HR at this stage—only the subcontractor work order piece.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Source code and database schema.
2. A short deployment guide so I can spin it up on my own server.
3. A brief user guide that shows how to add, assign, and report on work orders.

If you already have a lightweight ERP base you can adapt, let me know; otherwise, build it fresh. Clean code, clear documentation, and a straightforward UI will be the deciding factors.
