Our next Pure Harmony Films project is a character-driven drama set entirely inside a residential location, and I’m assembling a small on-set crew of students who already own their own gear. The schedule is a single long weekend later this month (exact dates will be shared after NDA).

Two videographers will rotate A- and B-camera angles, framing each shot exactly as laid out in my shot list while keeping continuity notes. Bring a professional cinema, mirrorless, or DSLR setup that shoots clean 4K, plus a sturdy tripod or shoulder rig; I’ll provide lighting and media management. Your responsibility ends once every take is safely dumped to my backup drive.

A dedicated boom operator will ride levels and keep the mic perfectly out of frame during every take. You’ll need your own boom pole, shotgun mic, cables, and field recorder or mixer; dual-system sound is fine as long as you slate or send scratch track to camera.

Pay is hourly—$20 for each videographer, $18 for the boom op—issued the same night when drives are verified. Reliability, a basic grasp of composition or mic placement, and the ability to follow direction quickly on set are non-negotiable.

When you apply, link me to previous footage or audio you’ve captured. Raw student films, class assignments, or personal reels are all welcome so long as I can judge camera work or sound quality.

Deliverables (accepted the same day):
• Videographers – all footage transferred to provided SSDs, properly labeled by scene and take.
• Boom Operator – isolated WAV files plus a sync report or scratch track.

If you’re keen to build a portfolio credit with a friendly crew while earning some cash, send over your reel and a quick rundown of your kit.
