Structural Stamp for Steel Geodesic Dome

I need a licensed engineer to provide a structural stamp for a residential geodesic dome. The dome will be made of steel, and I have completed architectural plans ready for review.

My deck and supports have already been stamped by an NC structural engineer, but I need the plans for my actual dome, sourced from China, to be approved.
