Structural Reinforcement Design & BBS

I have a full set of DWG and PDF layouts for several multi-storey buildings that include deep foundations, suspended slabs, and long-span beams. Your task is to turn those drawings into a complete reinforcement package: detailed steel layouts, clear shop drawings, and a bar bending schedule that matches every mark on the sheets.

You will refine the reinforcement for columns, shear walls, pile caps, raft footings, slabs, beams, and stair cores, working to ACI 318 standards (knowledge of Eurocode 2 is welcome). All detailing must respect cover, lap-splice, and anchorage requirements, eliminating clashes before I issue the drawings for construction.

Deliverables
• AutoCAD DWG files for each structural element, fully editable
• A coordinated PDF set ready for construction issue
• An Excel bar bending schedule listing diameters, lengths, shapes, and total weights

Acceptance criteria
– Bar marks on drawings and BBS are identical
– Cover, spacing, and development lengths meet the stated code
– No bar collisions when plans, sections, and elevations are overlaid
– Sheets formatted on A1 with my title block in place
