Export selected MySQL tables + copy of live code from a Laravel site on Hostinger VPS (read-only, ~1 hour)

I need a short, read-only task done on my Laravel 9 website hosted on a Hostinger VPS
(site: joseproximastudy.shop, project folder probably /var/www/proxima_study).
Nothing on the server may be changed.

DELIVERABLES (5 files):

1. programs_data.sql — structure + data of ONLY these tables:
programs, program_details, program_degree_levels, program_scholarship,
degrees, degree_details, schools, school_details, school_programs,
school_program_details, school_program_degree_levels, school_quick_facts,
master_application_programs, registration_packages
(use mysqldump --no-tablespaces; if a table does not exist, skip it and tell me)

2. full_structure.sql — structure of ALL tables, NO data (mysqldump --no-data)

3. row_counts.txt — the number of rows in every table of the database

4. live_code.zip — a copy of the project folder, EXCLUDING:
.env, vendor/, node_modules/, storage/, public/storage, public/images and any
other folders of uploaded user files

5. server_notes.txt — a few lines: exact project path, PHP version, Laravel version,
MySQL version, and whether phpMyAdmin or a control panel (CloudPanel, etc.) is installed

STRICT RULES:
- Read-only. Do not change, update, install, restart or delete anything on the server.
- Do NOT export any other table (especially customers/users or anything with personal data).
- Never include the .env file or any password in what you send me.
- If you place a file in a public folder to download it, delete it immediately after.
- Do not keep any copy of the files or data after delivery.
- Confidential: all data and code belong to me and may not be shared or reused.

Delivery: the 5 files uploaded to this platform.
