Structural PE Approval for Water Tank

I need a licensed Structural Professional Engineer (PE) to approve a design for a Polypropene Plastic tank with a capacity of over 1000 gallons, which will be used for water storage. The tank will be installed above ground, indoors.

Key requirements:
- Provide structural integrity analysis
- Ensure compliance with local building codes
- Submit sealed approval drawings

Ideal skills and experience:
- Licensed Structural PE
- Experience with large capacity tanks
- Knowledge of Polypropene material properties
- Familiarity with indoor installation requirements

Looking for a detailed, code-compliant approval.

The Prints attached titled "Spray Water Tank" is from our customer and is currently approved as a Steel Tank and the customer is wishing to make this tank using 1" thick Polypropylene material. We will have 1"x1" fully welded inside corner supports as well as Stainless Steel 3"x3" exterior Girth Bands around the outside of the tank.
