Structural Engineer Stamp for New House

Our permit office will only release our single-story home to construction once a licensed Structural Engineer reviews the plans and applies an official stamp. The house will sit 2 ft above grade on helical piers, and the full architectural set is already complete in PDF and DWG.
I need you to examine those drawings and confirm:
• Foundation and framing details meet code for helical-pier support
• All load calculations are accurate and clearly documented
• The overall structural integrity is sound for a single-story residence raised above grade
Once verified, please return a signed and sealed set (digital stamp acceptable if your jurisdiction allows) that my local building department can file immediately. Turn-around inside a week would keep our schedule on track, but let me know if you need a little more time for any clarifications.
Include proof of current licensure and any state-specific wording your stamp requires so there are no surprises at submission. Looking forward to working with you.
