Our current GoDaddy website has served us well, but we’ve outgrown its limitations. I’m ready to rebuild it on WordPress so we can fine-tune formatting, roll out a simple blog, and improve overall SEO performance.
Scope of work
• Set up a fresh WordPress install (I have hosting ready or can follow your recommendation).
• Recreate the existing pages, matching current look and feel, then enhance them with advanced layout options and an intuitive drag-and-drop editor so I can tweak content myself without touching code. The About Us page needs to be easily editable by me - adding or removing photos and names.
• Build one dedicated “campaign” landing page. It will be the URL printed on our QR-code marketing pieces and we would like to be able to track how many people come to our site through this code - we hope to ultimately lead them to the schedule a call page.
• Configure on-page SEO fundamentals—clean permalinks, meta titles/descriptions, image alt tags, XML sitemap, and a solid SEO plugin—so we launch with better search visibility.
• Migrate existing blog posts (just a handful) and set up categories/tags for future publishing. Would like to be able to easily format blog posts with different photo layouts.
• Redirect any old GoDaddy URLs so we don’t lose traffic or ranking.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional WordPress site on my domain, mirroring current content plus the new landing page.
2. Admin access with a page-builder interface (Elementor, Gutenberg blocks, or a tool you recommend) that supports custom layouts.
3. Basic SEO checklist completed and report of all redirects implemented.
4. Short hand-over video or call walking me through updating pages, posts, and the form.
Timeline is flexible by end of year; I’ll provide images, copy, and existing site credentials right away. Let me know your preferred page-builder and any past WordPress migrations you’re proud of, and we can get started. We are in the process of updating our logo so I will get you all of those files as well.
