I require a complete set of structural drawings for a new tunnel-style car wash being built in Canada. The package must cover the two core components of the building’s frame: the foundations and footings that will carry the tunnel equipment loads, and the roof structure that spans the wash bay. All details have to comply with the applicable Canadian building codes and any provincial supplements, so please factor in snow loads, seismic considerations, climate exposure, and the usual CSA material standards from the outset.

To streamline approvals with the municipal authority and my equipment supplier, I will need the drawings delivered in both PDF (for submission) and editable CAD format (preferably AutoCAD or Revit). A short calculation memo demonstrating code compliance should accompany the sheets.
