Boost Shopify Plus Speed

I run a Shopify Plus store and the pages feel sluggish, especially on mobile. My priority is to tighten loading time, polish mobile performance, and clean up script execution without losing any of the functionality provided by the several speed-related apps I already rely on (they all need to stay in place).

Here’s what I need from you:
• Audit the current theme, Liquid templates, JavaScript, CSS, and installed apps to identify bottlenecks.
• Optimise code and theme settings so that First Contentful Paint and Largest Contentful Paint improve noticeably while respecting every existing app’s scripts.
• Implement best-practice techniques—deferred or async script handling, critical CSS extraction, image and font optimisation, and any Shopify Plus-specific tweaks such as sectioned-rendering and Shopify CDN leverage.
• Validate improvements with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, Core Web Vitals, and GTmetrix, supplying before-and-after reports.

Acceptance criteria
• Mobile and desktop Lighthouse performance scores both reach 90+ without any app being disabled.
• Core Web Vitals pass (green) across the latest 28-day field data once changes are live.
• No visual or functional regressions in storefront, checkout, or app-powered features.
