Freelance Developer – Stripe Terminal Integration

We are looking for an experienced freelance developer to implement in-person card payments using Stripe Terminal in our existing application (PWA).

Scope of Work

* Integrate Stripe Terminal with compatible hardware in Germany.
* Allow staff to initiate card payments directly from our App.
* Handle successful, declined, cancelled, and interrupted payments.
* Update payment status reliably and prevent duplicate transactions.
* Synchronize successful payments with our existing POS (Shore) integration.
* Reuse the existing architecture and UI, including all UX/UI required for this feature.
* Test the complete workflow and provide documentation.

Requirements

* Proven experience with Stripe Terminal and payment integrations.
* Ability to work with an existing codebase.
* No unnecessary architectural changes.

Definition of Done: A card payment can be initiated from our PWA, processed through Stripe Terminal, confirmed reliably, and synchronized with Shore (POS) and the corresponding order.
