Stripe Form & Email Tweaks

My Stripe-powered payment form is live and processing transactions correctly; it just needs some polish. I want to tidy up the layout, make a few copy changes, and be certain the right people receive the Stripe receipt emails.

Here is what needs to happen:
• Update the wording on a couple of fields and any related placeholder text.
• Tweak alignment or spacing so the form looks clean on both desktop and mobile.
• Adjust the list of addresses that receive the confirmation/receipt emails, then test to confirm delivery.

All code is already in place—HTML, CSS, and the small bit of Stripe-JS/PHP that handles the charge. I’ll give you Git or FTP access plus a test card. Your changes must leave the payment flow untouched and validate across the usual modern browsers.

Once done, send me the updated files and a quick note summarising what you changed and the tests you ran so I can roll it straight to production.
