Streamlined Tally.ERP9 Accounting Support

Our books are kept in Tally.ERP 9 and I’m looking for someone who can step in straight away to keep everything current and accurate. Day to day you will raise sales invoices, enter vendor bills, track expenses and reconcile transactions so my ledgers stay tidy. At month-end I’ll rely on you to prepare the standard Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow plus any management or statutory reports I request.

Because this is an ongoing role, the file in Tally must always reflect real-time figures I can trust for decision-making. Please be fully fluent with Tally.ERP 9 shortcuts, GST configuration, bank import and voucher classifications; if you also know Excel for quick cross-checks, even better.

Deliverables I expect:
• Daily posting of all vouchers with correct ledger allocation
• Weekly reconciliation of bank, cash and GST ledgers
• End-of-month P&L, Balance Sheet and any ad-hoc financial reports in PDF and in-product format
• A short summary highlighting anomalies, overdue receivables or unusual variances

I’ll provide remote desktop access to the company data and answer any policy questions, but you will work independently and flag issues proactively. Accuracy, confidentiality and clear communication are non-negotiable. If you have the Tally experience and the discipline to keep my books squeaky-clean, let’s get started.
