Enter Medical Billing Invoice Data

I have a batch of medical billing files in PDF and Word format that contain only billing-related details—no patient demographics or insurance records. Your task is to open each electronic file, locate the invoice number, and type it accurately into the corresponding column of an Excel spreadsheet I will supply.

The sheet already has the headers in place; you simply add the invoice numbers in sequence, double-checking for typos or duplicates before saving. Accuracy is essential because these numbers feed directly into our accounting system.

Please be comfortable working with Excel and navigating PDFs/Word documents quickly. I will share the files via a secure link and expect the completed spreadsheet returned in the same folder.
