Strategic MENA HR Recruiter

I need a freelance HR partner who can take full ownership of recruitment and talent acquisition across the MENA region. The immediate mandate is to source, screen, and secure professionals for a renewable energy business unit that is ramping up quickly.

Success in this role hinges on three things: a solid track record in human resources, a deep understanding of local labour law and cultural nuances throughout the Gulf and world.
