I’m looking for a PR agency that can jump in early, keep fees intentionally lean for the first few months, and then grow alongside my startup as our brand and budget expand.

• Real-time monitoring, rapid response to comments or mentions, and concise analytics so we can iterate fast

As traction builds, I expect us to layer in additional PR tactics—press outreach or influencer activations, for example—and renegotiate the retainer to match the wider scope.
