We are looking for an experienced individual PR and Communications Specialist to join the team of MoneyBoy, The Premium Platform for Male Creators.
MoneyBoy is a new creator-tech platform preparing its creator-acquisition phase and public launch. Our current external communication is premium, technological and non-explicit. We need someone who can build visibility across startup, technology, creator-economy, business and innovation media while also understanding how to approach adult-industry publications separately when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
• Create a launch PR and communications strategy
• Develop the company story, press angles and media positioning
• Prepare press releases, media kits, founder profiles and journalist pitches
• Identify relevant journalists, publications, podcasts and newsletters
• Submit MoneyBoy to startup and technology platforms and directories
• Support visibility on platforms such as Product Hunt, Crunchbase, BetaList and relevant startup communities
• Develop a separate approach for suitable adult-industry media without changing the mainstream positioning of the brand
• Track contacts, submissions, responses, publications and results
Important:
• We are looking for an individual freelancer, not an agency
• We want a hands-on person who will personally research, pitch and follow up
• No guaranteed-publication or mass press-release packages
• Initial commitment: approximately 8–10 hours per week during the launch phase
• Potential long-term collaboration
To apply, begin your proposal with the words “CREATOR PR” and answer:
1. Which startup, technology or creator-economy projects have you represented?
2. Which publications, journalists or platforms have you personally pitched?
3. Do you have experience communicating for 18+ or restricted-industry businesses?
4. Provide two examples of relevant media coverage you helped obtain.
5. Which five media or startup channels would you approach first for MoneyBoy, and why?
Generic proposals that do not answer these questions will not be considered.
