I already have a converged Star-CCM+ model of turbulent flow through internally grooved tubes; the mesh, physics continua, and solver settings are in place and the solution looks stable. Where I need help is in the post-processing stage—specifically understanding what the data is telling me rather than creating extra graphics.

I’d like you to sit with the existing .sim file, walk me through the best Star-CCM+ tools for extracting meaningful quantitative information, and explain how to read the resulting plots and reports so I can confidently discuss pressure losses, velocity behaviour and overall flow characteristics inside the grooves. I’m less interested in polished visualisations and more in sound interpretation that links the raw numbers to the physics.

If you have solid experience analysing turbulent pipe flow in Star-CCM+, please let me know how you would approach reviewing my setup and guiding the interpretation. Screen-sharing or a short recorded walkthrough would be ideal so I can replicate the steps afterward.
