Stamped Helical Pile Design with crawl space foundation

I’m finalising plans for a two-story home that will sit on sandy soil and I need a complete helical pile foundation package stamped by a licensed engineer. The foundation will use round shaft piles and everything has to satisfy the latest International Building Code requirements.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Signed and sealed engineering drawings (PDF + CAD) showing pile layout, embedment depths, cap details and connection to the superstructure
• Full calculation package: bearing / uplift capacity, lateral resistance, torque-to-capacity correlations and safety factors
• Installation plan outlining equipment, torque targets and field verification steps
• Brief construction notes and any inspection checklists needed for permit approval
