Freelance Developer Wanted – Simple CRM for a Singapore Maid Agency

I run Haven Hands, a maid agency in Singapore, and I’m looking for a freelancer to build a simple, easy-to-use CRM.

We want to start with the essentials and add features later.

Initial requirements:

Store employer and helper details under a unique case/contract number.

Enter details once and automatically populate our existing contracts and forms.

Generate documents in PDF and editable Word formats.

Record agency fees, discounts, insurance and placement loans.

Automatically calculate and generate each helper’s salary and loan repayment schedule, using the basic salary, employment start date, payday, rest days, compensation for rest days worked and agreed loan deductions. Show the monthly amount payable, remaining loan balance and final partial repayment where applicable.

Track case progress, deployment dates and document checklists.

Upload documents, search records and export data.

Provide secure staff logins, backups and protection for personal information.

We already have branded Word templates. Our main priorities are accurate document generation, automatic salary calculations and reducing repetitive manual entry. We can provide sample schedules and calculation rules.

The source code, database and administrator access must be handed over to Haven Hands, with clear setup instructions.
