Job Description
The Senior Product Delivery Manager is a leadership role focused on overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product implementations.
This role manages cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts, while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong communication and the ability to effectively work with others across the organization including Sales, Account Management and Marketing (SAMM), IT, as well as the Crum and Forster Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance teams.
The position reports to the AVP, Product Management.
This role can be a hybrid role with a flexible schedule in our Glastonbury, CT office or 100% remote (must work EST hours).
What you will do:
Manage the product development process, from the final underwriting approval to launch and beyond, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manager
Ensure product objectives are defined and understood by the team and stakeholders
Establish communication strategy to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including leadership, providing regular updates on product progress and addressing any issues or concerns
Identify potential risks and challenges within the product development lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation
Supports Director of Product Management by contributing to the development of product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Identifies and documents opportunities for process improvement within the product development lifecycle with recommends solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standard through entire product implementation
Continuously participate in training to maintain proficiency and stay current.

What YOU will bring to C&F:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
8+ years in a Product Management role is required
Project Portfolio Management preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
Knowledge of applicable product regulations and experience in market research preferred
Travel Insurance industry experience is preferred
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution and risk management
Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with consideration for prioritization, complexity, influence, and levels of involvement required to advance initiatives
Exceptional communications skills & stakeholder management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
Capable of working across complex, decentralized organizations
Easily adaptable to changes in business processes, work priorities, and work environment
demonstrated research skills
Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, as well as processes and behavior

You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
