Square POS Restaurant Menu Setup

My Square register is installed and running, but the Item Library needs help and so do I. I need a Square-savvy freelancer to assit me real-time on Zoom to build the entire menu for my restaurant so my staff can start ringing up orders without confusion.

What I need done
• Organise the menu into clear, intuitive categories that match our service flow.
• Enter every menu item with correct price, tax group and any necessary variations.
• Create modifier sets (e.g., sizes, add-ons, cooking preferences) so servers can capture common customisations in two taps.
• Upload the item photos I provide—each image must display crisply on both the POS tiles and online ordering page.
• Flag vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes so guests and staff can spot them instantly.

Scope notes
– This project is strictly menu programming; payments and inventory tracking are already configured.
– I’ll supply a spreadsheet of items, prices and modifier details as well as all images.
– Please double-check everything on the Square Dashboard and the register itself to be sure categories, items and modifiers appear exactly as intended.

Deliverable
A fully populated Square Item Library with categories, items, modifiers, images and dietary tags ready for immediate use, plus a quick walkthrough (written or video) showing me how to make future edits.
