Square Magnetic Tile CAD Design

I am developing a new magnetic-tile toy and need a clean, production-ready 3D model of a single square tile. I will supply the exact outer dimensions, wall thickness, magnet recess size and placement as soon as the project starts; your task is to translate those numbers into a precise STP file that can go straight to tooling.

Essential details
• Shape: Square (no alternative shapes required)
• Format: STEP (.stp) only—model must open flawlessly in SolidWorks / Fusion 360.
• Functionality: internal cavities must accommodate standard neodymium magnets while maintaining uniform wall thickness for injection moulding.

Deliverables
1. Parametric STP model of the square tile.
2. A quick screen capture or PDF showing basic dimensions so I can double-check before sign-off.

Acceptance criteria
• All edges perfectly align, with no gaps between shell and magnet pockets.
• File passes import without errors in SolidWorks “Import Diagnostics.”
• Dimensions match the figures I provide to within ±0.1 mm.
