Responsive Cleaning Landing Page Build

I have a Figma reference ready (https://www.figma.com/design/Pm17tg1mpkgmgeKs5h3tdw/Cleaning-services-landing-page--Community-?node-id=0-1&p=f&t=badnE4XBLGkQWgQS-0) and need it turned into a live, fully responsive landing page for a cleaning-services company.

Scope
• Three breakpoints—mobile, tablet, desktop—should each look polished and load quickly.
• A language switcher must serve English, Russian, and Ukrainian versions of every visible string.
• Required content blocks are limited to service descriptions and a streamlined contact form.
• The form collects only Name and Email, then sends submissions instantly to both a designated email address and a Telegram group via API/bot.
• Visual style should follow a neutral and clean color palette (no bright accents, unless the design link already shows one).

Deliverables
1. Pixel-perfect HTML/CSS (or your chosen framework) that mirrors the Figma layout.
2. Responsive behaviour verified on common modern browsers.
3. Multilingual implementation ready for future content updates.
4. Working form + email + Telegram integration, complete with brief setup notes.
5. A short README explaining build/run commands and where to edit copy.

When you respond, please include:
