SQL Server Entry & Analysis -- 2

I need a Microsoft SQL Server specialist who can take stacks of paper‐based records, design the appropriate tables, and manually key every field into a clean, well-structured database. Once the information is in place, I want meaningful statistical insight extracted—basic descriptive stats, variance and correlation figures, and any notable outliers that should be flagged.

To succeed you will be comfortable with SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL for schema design, indexing and data validation rules that prevent transcription errors. After entry, apply your preferred statistics toolkit (native SQL functions or an external package you connect to the database) to run the agreed analyses and return concise results.

Deliverables
• Normalised SQL Server database with all paper records accurately entered
• A short data dictionary describing every field and constraint
• Statistical summary report (SQL script + exported results) highlighting key metrics and observations

I will test accuracy with random spot checks and review your SQL scripts for clarity and reproducibility.
