I need every record transferred accurately into a single, tidy file and given some light structure so it reads clearly. That means copying the data over exactly as it appears, assigning sensible column headings, and using bullet points where short lists occur. No heavy design work is necessary—just clean, consistent basic formatting that lets the content speak for itself.
