Text Data Entry From Paragraphs

I have several paper documents filled with continuous text that now needs to live in a clean, well-organized spreadsheet. Every entry is purely textual—no numbers or calculations—so the task is to read each paragraph, identify the distinct pieces of information I’ll specify in a short field guide, and enter them into the corresponding columns of an Excel or Google Sheets file.

A few practical notes:

• All source text appears as standard paragraphs.
• I will provide the template spreadsheet, along with an example row so you can see exactly how the content should be split and labelled.
• Accuracy of spelling and line breaks matters more than speed; the layout inside the sheet must match the sample format.
