SPPARKAL – AI Sewing Machine Maintenance Assistant
Develop a voice-based mobile app called SPPARKAL for sewing machine maintenance and troubleshooting. The user should speak naturally and describe the machine problem. The app should convert speech to text, identify the language and problem, match it with a pre-fed and approved SPPARKAL troubleshooting database, and provide step-by-step guidance in the same language. Initially support Marathi, Hindi and English.
The AI should only understand, classify and match the user's problem; it must not invent technical solutions. All troubleshooting procedures will be pre-fed and structured with problem name, symptoms, safety instructions, steps, user responses, next steps and escalation.
The app should maintain conversation context and continue troubleshooting based on the user's response. Voice replies should be converted to speech and played through a Bluetooth speaker installed in the sewing machine.
Flow: User speaks → App listens → AI identifies language/problem → Retrieves pre-fed solution → Voice response → Bluetooth machine speaker.
The system should allow future addition of problems, solutions and languages without rebuilding the app.
