I need a 90-second, 4K architectural-grade promo that turns a single concept image of our future Sports Club & Recreation Complex into a fully realised, cinematic walkthrough. The tone must balance the polish of a high-end real-estate launch with the energy of a premium sports-brand spot.
Creative direction
– Atmosphere: luxurious, vibrant, technologically forward.
– Focus areas: the gym and workout zones, spa-style pool, multipurpose courts and fields—including box cricket, badminton and football surfaces.
– Style: photo-real lighting, materials and animation; no overt VFX or abstract motion graphics—believability is key.
Typical toolsets such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Unreal Engine or equivalent are welcome so long as the final look meets broadcast standards.
Workflow & deliverables
