Notion Setup Specialist — Client Management System

About the Role

I run a freelance social media management and content strategy business, currently managing 6 active clients across different industries (wellness, hospitality, aesthetics, healthcare, and tech). I need a Notion expert to build me a clean, functional workspace to manage all client work in one place: content calendars, deliverables, deadlines, communication logs, and team task tracking.

What I Need Built:
A central client management hub with a dashboard view across all 6 clients
Individual client workspaces/pages with:
-Content calendar (post types, captions, dates, status)
-Deliverable tracker (reels, carousels, ad creatives, etc.)
-Task assignments for a 3-person content team
-Client notes, brand guidelines, and login/asset storage
-A master task board to track what's due across all clients at once
-Status tracking (e.g., In Progress, Client Review, Approved, Scheduled, Posted)
-Simple, repeatable templates so I can duplicate the setup for new clients as I onboard them
-Clean, minimal design — functional over flashy
-I can share with clients

Nice to Have:
-Integration/sync suggestions with tools I already use (ClickUp, Metricool)
-A short Loom walkthrough video explaining how everything works once it's built or Gmeet
Requirements
-Proven experience building Notion systems for agencies, freelancers, or small teams (please share examples/portfolio)
-Strong understanding of databases, relations, rollups, and templates
-Ability to design for non-technical users — I need to be able to use and update this myself without needing to relearn Notion each time
